WIN4SMEs
WIN4SMEs is a European development initiative that brings together vocational education providers, higher education institutions, and business support organizations to strengthen workplace innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs make up 99% of all businesses in the EU and provide around 70% of all jobs.
With 20 partners from 9 countries, WIN4SMEs is establishing Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) across Europe, building a broad learning network that merges research, practical skills, and business development expertise.
